This is one of a kind therapeutic journey of the senses with grounding meditations, gentle stretches to release physical tension and guided visualizations with breathwork to calm the mind and to go on a beautiful reflective inner journey.
The session finishes in a deep immersive sound healing bath with crystal bowls, chimes and gongs to surrender into a state of inner bliss and deep relaxation.
